Dane Lewis, a young street racer from South Central, is the first person who ever eluded the LAPD in a televised police pursuit. Dane boasts that he will streak across LA streets when online sponsors donations reach 5, 50, 500 thousand, and will make a final spin for a cool 5 million. His exploits become a cultural phenomenon- gamblers, viewers, TV execs, the entire LAPD everyone wants a piece of him, and with a pitbull police captain personally gunning for him, Dane is forced to put everything on the line - friendship, love, family - and take one last spin, but this time getting caught is part of the plan.
